Knowledge Exchange aims to take on activities that make a difference. Our ambition is to support the partner organisations to perform better and contribute to the establishment and enhancement of a well-functioning Open Science eco-system.
Following the development of the KE OS framework (2017) and the publication ‘Moving from ambition to reality' (2018), KE's work was first focused on the economic arena of Open Science and experts worked on the three activities; Insights into the Economy of Open Scholarship: A Collection of Interviews, Open Scholarship and the Need for Collective Action and Openness Profile.
In early 2020, we formed the Open Science Expert Group, who share knowledge, address emerging issues, and focus on joint development within the area of Open Science. The OS Expert Group have explored the topic PIDs: Risks and Trust and are currently exploring FAIR data and software supporting reproducibility. The group are also in the process of identifying their next activity.
You can find out more about the Open Science Expert Group via the link at the side of this page, and more about our Open Science activities and reports, below.
